New Roof Installation

A roof installed as one system: decking checked and prepared, underlayment laid, flashing formed at every wall and penetration, then the finish course set to a straight line.

Roof Replacement

Full tear-off down to the deck so we can see what the old roof was hiding. Anything soft or water-damaged is dealt with before the new roof goes on, and you hear about it before we proceed.

  • Ground protection and magnet sweeps at the end of each day

Repair and Reflashing

Many leaks begin around joints, flashing and roof penetrations — they are the joints. We trace the water back to where it enters, then rebuild that detail properly instead of sealing over it.

Gutter Installation and Repair

Chimney Services

Chimneys are one of the most common entry points for water. We handle the exterior masonry interface and the flashing around it.

Skylight Installation

Two services we take on alongside the exterior work, or on their own: demolition to clear the way for a rebuild, and interior painting once the repairs are finished.

  • Demolition services — selective removal of structures, finishes or exterior elements, sequenced with the trade that follows
  • Interior painting — surfaces prepared, edges cut in clean, rooms left tidy after repair work or as a job of its own

Who we work for

Residential and Commercial, Quoted Differently

The trade is the same; the planning is not. Both customer types get a written scope before anything starts.

Residential

Single-family homes, condominiums and multi-family properties. We work around the household: where the truck sits, where material is stacked, which days are quiet, and how the site is left each evening.

Commercial

Light-commercial buildings, tenanted units and managed properties. Access, working hours and the sequence of trades are agreed with whoever runs the building before work begins.
